Not as great as people make it seem. Doesn't really make you reflect on much, reading and doing this workbook felt like answering a general questionnaire about yourself. The parts where you have to fill in the blanks don't make much sense
Although I prefer a different version than this book, it was my first. It is better when used as a set. So if you get this workbook, make sure you get the same book so you understand the work.
This is a great book that helps you figure out things about yourself that you wouldn't think of on your own. I feel that it promotes personal growth and I love it!

I haven’t gotten too far into this book yet, but so far it has been good. I feel like if you are curious about how your past life, such as your childhood or past relationships, is currently effecting your present life, this is a great place to start. The prompts and explanations are easy to understand. Because they are simple, it allows you to think deeper without getting stuck on the meanings behind bigger words, which I think is very beneficial if you are new to psychology. Overall a good place to start!
I’m only 1/3 of the way through this and it’s been eye opening. The guides are applicable and the writing prompts are insightful.

This journal/workbook is a thoughtful means to insightful analysis of yourself, offering clear explanations and guidance, coupled with small bite exercises that prod you into digging at the burdens you carry internally. It is at once therapeutic and practical. Very highly recommended for those seeking answers, ready or not for the deep insights it can prompt. You can dig as deep as you like. I suggest only that the publishers consider making it spiral bound, with more room for notes. I found it extremely useful and thought provoking.
