## Step 2: The Review Process
Once submitted, it goes into the review phase. The KDP team will go over your submission to make sure it meets Amazon’s guidelines. This usually takes just a couple of days for eBooks and for print books it could take a few days longer. 
## Step 3: Publishing and Going Live
Once the submission passes review, it will go live after it says publishing. After this, eBooks can take up to three days to actually go live on Amazon. Paperback and hardcover versions can take a little longer since they involve the additional setup for physical production.
