I am obsessed with this cookbook. I look at several times a day. I like Suzy's forward before each recipe; adds a very personable touch. I've learned so much about middle eastern cooking. The pictures are beautiful. The instructions are easy to follow, and the ingredients are available in our midwestern town.
We have made several recipes from this book by Suzy Karadsheh and we have enjoyed every one of them. The dishes are packed with flavor, full of healthy ingredients and the recipes are very easy to follow.
I absolutely love the recipes in this book. All of the recipes use my pantry ingredients except for two spices which I purchased. The book is well laid out and thoughtfully written. I’m getting ready to order her second book (Mediterranean Dish: Simply Dinner) as well.

The recipes are amazing and I LOVE using the cookbook! It is so clear to understand and the flavors are so intoxicating! I love this cookbook! It's pretty much become my go-to book for daily meal planning, and I'm looking forward to purchasing the next book in the series when it's published. The dishes are incredibly healthy, colorful and full of flavor, and fairly easy to prepare. My family and I really like eating this way. Beautiful illustrations, too.
