Do the work! Excellent supplement to the book and reassures follow through
This workbook pairs with James Clear’s Atomic Habits book very well and provides a lot of helpful activities and insight to the book. I highly recommend it.
I really liked the short summaries of each of the chapters of the Atomic Habits book. While the book is perfectly well written I just wanted to get down to the essence and put the ideas into action. For that reason I like this workbook. It doesn't give lots of workbook space to fill in your particulars but you have a format and can pretty much do that on separate paper.
My dad said this book was amazing and changed his life and perspective. There was no damage upon delivery at all it was in great condition! I bought myself a copy can't wait to read it.
When facing changing habits and improving daily life, a depressed individual will simply take the path of least resistance. It is human nature when you are put in survival mode. The simple approach of this book is encouraging… there is not need to look at everything and become overwhelmed, James calls for mindful activity of making the unconscious conscious to make a real difference in your own life. With short chapters and a large text size you can take it in bite sized chunks to build up yourself. This workbook can be used separately or hand in hand with James Clear’s: Atomic Habits It gives chapter summaries in short paragraphs to preface suggestions and prompts. While it does reference page numbers of James’ book you can get along without it and implement the concept of getting 1% better everyday.
The Author gives good advice on how to organize and live life. Did not need the book because I chose the shorter workbook.
Makes the process of changing habits clear and easy.
