This book is exactly what you need to study for the private pilot oral exam. I read this all the way through during the two weeks before my check ride and I am glad I did. Anything you don’t know for sure, figure out how to find it in the FAR/AIM and you’ll be all set. My check ride was a breeze!
This oral exam seems to be fitted more towards fixed wing pilots. It does have some questions for overall piloting but not geared towards rotorcraft
My CFI recommended this book as a study guide before my PPL check ride. Passed the exam easily and I give this book a lot of credit for that!
Studying this book for my oral private pilot license exam has been a huge help. Glad I was able to purchase on Amazon and have it in my hands in just a few dates. A+
Absolutely worth it. Passed the flight portion because of this book.
Very Nice

Bought five and loan one to each of my students to prepare for their oral. This is not a list of all questions a DPE could ask on an oral but it covers all sections of the ACS on a sequential order and covers the basic questions about requirements and goes into some more in-depth questions with scenarios.
