Phenomenonal Fall Read!
This book captured my heart from page one. To be honest the cover snagged me from the get go haha This book checked all the boxes for me. Cozy town, paranormal creatures, murder, sapphic romance. What more do you need!?!? The spice was spicing as well!!! I devoured this book, only pausing to sleep. I will be recommending this to all my friends as well as gifting it!!
Cute paranormal romance just right for the season
Such a cute book. I loved the town and the paranormal inhabitants. Jordan and Harlow together are great. Lou was a fun ghost. Can't wait to get Willow and Wyatt's story and to see what happens with Iris and Ramona.
Perfect Autumnal Read
Can I just say I am so excited to see the #1 in this book title. Implying that this will be a series. I am here for this! For all the kids who grew up and wanted to move to Halloween Town ala our favorite made for Disney Movie, this book is for you. Harlow, has failed in her job and life once again and with this move she decides to go and live with her sister in this quaint little paranormal town. Where humans and monsters, witches, demons, vampires and now even ghosts do their best to get along. This book has such the feel good sapphic romance that just makes you go aww mixed with a layer of a Scooby Gang Mystery thrown on top there. I seriously can’t wait to go back to Maple Hollow and visit with my new friends again!

The most autumnally aesthetic sapphic romance I’ve ever read! Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist is about a human wrecking ball named Harlow who moves to the tiny New England town of Maple Hollow, and the local apothecary shop owner and witch, Jordyn. So cute and cozy, but with a little twist, some lesbian cliches, a jealous ex, and a lot of monsters, this book was just the quick read to get me out of my reading slump. SPOILER-ISH: There was a 3rd act breakup, which in generally not a fan of, but I could see it coming from the beginning so it wasn’t all that bad.

A Sapphic Fall based Witchy pnr Rom com With a quirky ex-girlfriend ghost I didnt kmow i needed it as bad as i did. I LOVE rom coms. I love the cheesy moments, the duh and adorable type of love. This hit all those major moments you need in a romcom while also having an incredible plot and story. Plot 5 stars Spice 3.5 (it's spicy and detailed, but slower burn) Tw 1 There are a few but not too dark
This book made my spooky season heart so happy!
I need more sapphic romance in my life... this was wonderful!! It has Halloweentown vibes and perfect whimsy. The ghost of an ex girlfriend that won't cross over. An unexplained death turned murder mystery. An attraction that can't be denied yet both women have to overcome barriers to be happy together. I *LOVED* this story!!! The authors did a fantastic job and it made my spooky season heart so happy!
bumpy ride
I picked this up not only because i want to get into the fall spirit, but because i also LOVE AK Mulford’s fantasy books so I wanted to see what this project was about. Immediate impressions were not…amazing. I had the strongest urge to DNF. The beginning of the book felt very jojo siwa coded. Derogatory. I will not elaborate. It also took me so long to get through a book that’s barely over 200 pages. But today I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and I pulled this book out and finished it. And honestly? I’m not mad I did. The storyline was unique and fun and I always enjoy an element of mystery. By the end of this read I honestly look forward to (hopefully, I don’t want to be presumptuous) more books in this series. It finished off with a nice little bow on top and I also really liked this story wasn’t too spice heavy. T’was just a little dash and it didn’t try to make up for a lack of plot. Considering this book pulled itself up from the trenches to a possible DNF to possible 2.5 star rounded up for rating purposes to actually enjoying myself at the end I’m going to give this a 3.5 or 3.75 star and round it up because we pulled it together in the end.

I loved Jordyn and Harlow both so much. This is a really fun cozy read. The paranormal town in this was SO cute.There’s a little spice and there’s a little mystery to solve as well. I thought Willow was kind of a jerk sister but other than that I loved everyone. It’s a short and easy read. If you’re looking for a cozy paranormal romance with fall vibes then this is absolutely for you! So good 🖤
