Good devotional
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he really appreciates how this devotional speaks on various, applicable, every day topics that relate to his line of work. My biggest concern with this devotional though is the forward inside it was written by someone who is not of the faith of Jesus Christ, so I found that odd to be included in a Bible based devotional. Otherwise, good devotional.

Gift for Godson in Police Academy
The book is beautifully constructed and has full page devotions for each day. I just gave it to my Godson who is in the police academy, and he loves it
Very nice book.
This is the second book, "Behind the Badge" we have ordered. The first one was for a young man who had recently attended the policy academy and was starting a new job as a law enforcement officer. He says he carries it in his cruiser with him and he very pleased with the book and the thought that we wanted to congratulate him on his new career and that we would continually pray for the decisions he makes and for his safety. We just ordered the second book because our grandson is starting his career as a deputy sheriff with the County Sheriff's Office. We hope he treasurers this book like the other young man. We want him to know that God is watching out for him and that every decision he makes is a reflection on the life he has lived since childhood and that we love him and pray daily for his safety.
Best Daily Devotional for Anyone Having a Law Enforcement Background
As a former municipal police officer and a follower of Jesus Christ this devotional has been invaluable to me. There is a wonderful balance of practical advice for the LE officer in keeping our focus on the God-given calling on our lives as well as spiritual emphasis and guidance that is so urgently needed in our world today. This devotional was a gift to me last Christmas 2020 by my 11 year old granddaughter. I immediately purchased the Kindle edition because I have my daily devotions reading scripture in an electronic format. I was so impressed with the Behind the Badge devotional that I purchased a copy for my two sons who also have a LE background. I would encourage anyone with a LE background and a heart to serve God, to purchase this daily devotional because it is so easy to relate to as a centurion and a follower of Jesus Christ.
