Options Trading was always scary to me, but this book showed me how to see options trading in a new light. Options don't have to be a total win or lose situation. Knowledge about how to trade options takes the fear and mystery out of the equation. The author explains how to trade if the stock you are considering is going up or if it is going down. The big difference between trading actual stocks and trading options is the amount of money you are risking. When buying a stock you pay for the stock price itself, and you control how many shares of stock you own. If you trade options, you control how many options contracts you buy. One options contact equals a percentage of the price of buying the actual stock, yet you can control a much larger amount of the stock. The problem is the risk is substantially higher. The reward is much bigger if you are on the right side of the trade. If the author provided some examples, it would have been easier to understand.
Trading has always been a confusing subject for me because it feels so overwhelming. The little I understood had nothing to do with option trading though. I was hoping to get some clarity on some aspects about it through this book and I’m glad I did. While I don’t particularly plan to do day to day trading, I still it is still very important to understand how everything works so I can make informed decisions when it comes to it. I liked how the foundation concepts were also explained before diving into the specifications. One of the chapters addresses something I hadn’t thought a lot about which the discipline needed for trading as well as overcoming emotions as well. It made so much sense to me that emotions such as fear and excitement can cloud our judgment when making these otherwise analytical decisions. With so many advices and strategies suggested, this is such helpful guide for option trading from beginners to more knowledgeable individuals.
This book was well written. The author did a great job researching the stock market, and explaining it. It was a very good read, and explained it to some who aren't real familiar with the stock market. This gave me a new perspective of how it works. I am so grateful for this read. I didn't understand a lot about it, but I do understand more now. The author clearly wrote about the difference between the stock market stocks with and without the dividends. Now it makes more sense to me. I have some with dividends that I didn't understand before but do now. I hope to read more from the author, and get a clearer understanding if they write more about the stock market, I definitely will give this a 5-star rating. This was an excellent read, and would share this with anyone else who is interested in it.

Very general but well written overview that introduces the world of options trading. Book covers everything from the greeks to some simple well known trading strategies. Nothing novel, but the perfect introductory book for many looking to try their hand at options trading.
"Options Trading [All in 1]" is an exceptional resource for anyone new to the options trading world. As someone with some experience, I found the content well-organized and easy to follow, making it a great entry point for beginners. The book does a fantastic job of breaking down complex concepts and equips traders with some practical strategies to make informed decisions, ensuring they are well-prepared for their trading journey. That said, I wanted more depth in certain areas, particularly in visual candlestick pattern analysis and clearer triggers for when to buy or sell. While it may not have provided the advanced insights I was looking for, it remains a valuable guide for those starting out and looking to build a strong foundation in options trading. Overall, it is a solid read for beginners.
