Updated multiple times every year, America’s pregnancy bible answers all your questions. When can I take an at-home a pregnancy test? How can I eat for two if I’m too queasy to eat for one?
Can I keep up my spinning classes? Is fish safe to eat? And what’s this I hear about soft cheese?
Can I work until I deliver? What are my rights on the job? I’m blotchy and broken out—where’s the glow?
Should we do a gender reveal? What about a 4-D ultrasound? Will I know labor when I feel it?
Your pregnancy explained and your pregnant body demystified, head (what to do about those headaches) to feet (why they’re so swollen), back (how to stop it from aching) to front (why you can’t tell a baby by mom’s bump). First time mom and this book is very helpful
I had this book 23years ago with my 1st child! Ordered for that same child who is having her very 1st baby!
This book has a lot of good information but kind of makes me feel like I have to sit in a bubble for the next 9 months… I also get a lot of this information from APPs on my phone. But it’s a good easy read!
This book had just about anything I could think of in regards to pregnancy and all the symptoms and things to expect! I loved how it had questions from other moms and how she answered them in detail because I was wondering some of the same things.
I gave the book to someone who is expecting. She Said it is a great source of information
This is a great book. I had it given to me when I was pregnant and I just bought a new, updated version for my daughter. The diet listed in it us especially good. Following it kept me from having morning sickness. Worth its weight in gold!! Lots of good info for new moms -to- be.
Very helpful and informative. My wife and I go back and forth with it. So much info to learn from and it answers most of our questions!
The book has been purchased for our children who are expecting their first child. The book in my parents day was,” Doctor Spock.” It’s an amazing book that gives expectant parents the opportunity to read and study while they’re in the process of getting ready to have their children. Understandable and easy to use. Everyone that has a baby in the future will find it useful to read
