This book is getting quite the workout from me. I'll be taking this board exam next spring after I graduate, so I ordered this summer to start on the practice questions and make use of the online resources. I will only be using this when I'm not in classes, so only on breaks from school, and I want to take my board exam (and pass) as soon as I can following graduation at the beginning of May. When I bought this same book many years ago before taking my NCLEX-PN, it was the only book I used to prepare for that board exam and I passed with flying colors on the first shot. These books are worth their weight in gold!

Lo compré para mi hija porque me lo pidió, yo se que ella no va a hacer una reseña pero al ver el libro la primer impresión fue impresionante. El contenido es extenso en 1,128 páginas sin una sola hoja en blanco. La calidad de impresión es excepcional, el diseño es impecable, un cuidado minucioso hasta en los mas pequeños detalles, el uso del color en el texto facilita la lectura y su uso, el color dentro del texto de un cuidado y planificación impresionante, me imagino que el cuidado en la edición es meticuloso. Esta reseña la hice porque me llamó la atención al ver el libro es sus bondades visuales que ofrece y ademas el motivo principal fue porque le pregunte a mi hija sobre el libro y su respuesta fue: Por algo te lo pedí. Felicitaciones a todos los involucrados y sus autoras madre e hija.

If you need an NCLEX book, this book is amazing. During my LON/LVN program, I used Saunders, so of course, I decided to use it again for the RN program!
Good nclex prep book!
I ended up using my Kaplan more for its strategy 'algorithm' approach or 'decision tree' 'flowchart'. I liked the content in here as well. Depending on time available this could be very thorough. I do best with questions and rationales and so did not have as much time to 'review' content such is amply available in here and is extensive. Highly recommend this book!
