Great emotional read. Was waiting on this since I read her sister's story and it didn't disappoint. Thanks for bringing the topic of cancer to the shelves and showing that there is tremendous love and sacrifice in illness.
I good day of reading!
I'm the guy on the cover that's why I ordered it. Thanks
It was very good. I loved the characters and the location. I hope she writes more about this family in the future.
Another great book. Didn't want to put it down. It really kept me in suspense throughout the entire book.
I read Lenora Worth's book Sweetheart Bride before purchasing Bayou Sweetheart. This story was the third book in the series about three sisters. I liked this book for several reasons, the first being that Tomas fell in love at first sight with Callie. Tomas had deep issues he had to deal with and Callie was the catalyst for that happening because of her joyous and happy attitude. That attitude of Callie's has come with a price she has had to pay and will pay again. I can relate because I've been through the same thing so this story hit home with me.
But I LOVED this story. Much more than the other two sister's stories. This really touched me. Maybe because I lost my own mother to cancer. Maybe because it was just a beautiful story...
When one putsGod first as Callie does in this story the possibilities are endless and amazing. The truths she taught are worth taking for your own. The author does a fantastic job and makes me see & smell the garden Callie designed. The love story is to be envied and desired. Thank you. Keep bringing us more.
