Book hangover is real after finishing this one, I don’t want it to end!! Somehow these authors write magic and every book is better than the one before! I am obsessed with this series and the characters, I love the world building and the character growth, truly magnificent. The spice definitely spices and somehow that always gets better each book too. Caspian is my favorite prince and I loved that he was in so much of this book, his growth and dedication to Rosie is incredible and ummm certain chapters were…well wow lol IYKYK 🥵 the travesty with Dayton in last book gets cleared up but then some other things happen, Farron what the heck?? And now I don’t know what to think about that 😨 Erzryn has major growth as well and I’m sooo happy where is character is headed. Kel is still an icy b@stard lol but I love him. Rosie’s magic is *amazing* she comes so far but I think she’s barely scratched the surface of her well. Don’t want to spoil anything so I’ll leave it at that! This book is aptly named because I am definitely broken after finishing it. This book takes off immediately and you are on a rollercoaster that doesn’t end. In fact, you’ll be on that rollercoaster until the next book is released. I hope you don’t get motion sickness. It had a perfect blend of action, romance, and tension. It was a long book but didn’t feel like it at all. Each Prince gets their time to shine, and hurt your feelings. This was my favorite of the series so far. But I’ve said that about each of them because they just keep getting better. I plan on rereading it so I can enjoy it without all the anxiety. The romance was exactly what I want. I don’t mean the spice (though that was great too) but the love – the yearning, the angst, the sadness, the pure joy. Man, it got me good. “Pull me beneath your waves. I want to drown in you” Is it too soon to as the authors when the next book comes out?

So so so good and so so so painful. Broken by Daylight was a whirlwind. A war is raging and things are starting to slot into place. Secrets are revealed and long hidden information comes to light. The plot was incredible. It really has you feeling all kinds of emotion, from happiness, to sadness, to excitement and anxiety. There was never a dull moment in this book. Every single chapter will grab you and keep you locked in. Of course all of the beloved characters are still incredible. I still desperately want someone to give Cas a hug. The newly introduced characters were equally as great, and I loved getting to see more of the princesses. I loved how all of the different relationships formed and evolved in this book, they constantly had me smiling. Some questionable choices were made here and there - which deserve a big ole bop on the head - but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m so excited for the next book. The ending has me already vibrating with excitement and anxiety.

As I read the newest addition to the series, I felt a lot of emotions. Happiness, anger, sadness, and confusion. Well, not exactly confusion. More like questioning. So many questions were answered. So many more questions asked. Assumptions I have had from previous books confirmed. Many more assumptions being made. This is book 4 of a planned 7 book series. So many surprising unexpected twists. With 3 more additions to go, with everything that happened in 'Broken By Daylight', I can say with all of me I can not wait to read the next! It's coming soon, right? 😄
This series is fantastic!
This book and the series are fantastic! I didn't think I could love certain characters even more than I already did, but it happened! The story was packed full of adventure and I love the world building. It keeps getting bigger & bigger which helps paint the picture of the realms. It is so satisfying! I find myself wanting more on the Summer realm already! There are several reveals as well which answered so many questions that I had. However I now have new questions. It was also an emotional rollercoaster. Please be prepared when reading this book. I personally have favorite characters and I know Elizabeth & Helen will take care of me as reader, but there were some tough yet exciting moments. That again leaves you wanting more. I felt this book was fast paced and I couldn't put it down! It does end on a cliffhanger, and I am so excited for the next book. To sum it up, this was an amazing book to continue a wonderful series!
A Fantastic Masterpiece Of An Adventure!
This series never disappoints, it just keeps getting better and better with each book! I've stuck with this series since the beginning and no series has made me actually wait anxiously for the next book release. This is probably the most action packed one out of all of them so far! So much happens, but none of it feels too much. Instead it feels like all the pieces are falling into place. So many plot twist and shocking reveals as well. Not only is it full of action, it's an absolute emotional roller coaster. Laughing one second, swooning the next, and then the ugly crying. We also finally get to see more of the sisters with their colorful personalities along the summer realm in this one. So many characters were also so well fleshed out, giving them so much depth, making them even more interesting and easier to emphasize with. Old and new characters also show new sides of themselves. Also, you should note, there's some steamy steamy scenes ahead! Overall, once again, another amazing book from the Beast of the Briar series that I would absolutely recommend, can't wait to read the next one!
