Don't be like me and buy this one by accident! It is not the regular reading of a book, it's different voices and skips so much I had no clue where it was picking up from. Get the unabridged version if you like the regular, someone reading a book to you, version.
***UPDATE*** I finished part 3 and didn't have anymore issues with it skipping around thankfully after the initial start up of the audo. Not sure why get did it funky in the beginning. OG review: I started to listen to part 2 on Spotify and read along. Part 3 was locked so I decided to buy it. I'm only a few minutes in and it's skipping so much. I had to start on the next page of chapter 49, a few pages in and the audio goes back to the first page of chapter 49 over the section it skipped in the beginning, then moves back to the current section. This is really annoying to read along to. I think the dramatic version is cool to listen to, hopefully it stops skipping back and forth. I'm not sure if part 1 and part of part 2 was like this. I listened maybe the last 3rd of part 2 with no issues. Why wouldn't you just follow along with the book?
"Only you can decide what breaks you, Cursebreaker. Only you." I can't get over how good the graphic audio is!! So many good scenes with the actors. The action, the passion... amazing! Goosebumps, tears and all!
I love this story, but I honestly don't think I would enjoy it nearly as much if I were to just read it. I love reading, I really enjoy audio books, but a graphic audio version just brings the story to life. You are basically listening to a movie play out. Hearing the sounds of battle, and the characters pouring out with emotion really makes it a better experience.
Everything about this was amazing! Great voice acting, awesome soundtracks and backgrounds to match everything. Portrays the book so well! So well done. I cannot get over this. I always come back to it! So much emotions displayed in it as well. Absolutely love it!!
An absolute must to add to your collection!
Please buy this book. Please. Listen to the first book and then buy them all. You will thank me later.
I have read this series already, but thought I'd try the audio version so I could use an ear bud and get some things done around the house. I usually dislike audiobooks but the dramatized versions are MUCH better! Highly recommend
