I love these books and I love these graphic audios! I do recommend listening to the actual versions of the book if you are interested in this book and want to read it for the first time. I don't think these are good as an introduction to the story but they are definitely a plus when you are obsessed! because a lot of the visualization and details are missing but since I already have it in my head from reading the books multiple times it's not something that's lacking for me. I'm really sad that they only have part one of this book I know there's three parts! please Amazon release part 2 and 3!!!
When will part 3 of 3 be released to audible?
Thrilled I gave this Audiobook version a chance! Nearly gave up on the book series due to the challenging narration, but this rendition is captivating. The diverse character voices held my attention—I breezed through 15 chapters in one sitting. While I wish Audible offered the audiobook as a single piece for cost-effectiveness, it's undeniably worth the read.
The recording and the acting are excellent and the book himself is very good
Picking a favorite in this series is honestly, so impossibly hard for me. When I read Mist and Fury for the first time I was positive that nothing could top it. And then I read Wings and Ruin. I could honestly argue as to why each one is a favorite of mine...which one is my favorite? That's a harder questions than most life decisions... ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ ♡•°`. I think SJM is capable of jedi mind tricks and just knows exactly what I want in a book and then delivers even more. I mean, whew... what a mf ride! Again! I'm telling you, I could never get bored with this series. Third time reading this book and I love it just as much as the first time. The pain is no less agonizing, the love is no less bursting, the rage is no less fiery. SJM sets up the perfect KO in my opinion. Readers are taken through the emotions in Mist and Fury and left wondering after the cliffhanger- and then tossed back into Prythian with Feyre being a total badass. Political maneuvering, battles, war, unexpected allies... I mean, just all out anxiety inducing sequences. ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ ♡•°`. I feel like only Maas has the capability to make me ugly cry and sob for a particular character - I feel like anyone else would have dropped the ball on that one. But damn, I'm still distraught over it after multiple re-reads. Alright, maybe not the only author - but I can't think of another one right now, so that's saying something. I love the entire Maasverse so much that I'll continue to read them over and over again each year. ˖*°࿐ •*⁀➷ "I destroyed whole armies. I was a survivor, and I was strong. I would not be weak, or helpless again. I would not, could not be broken. Tamed.
I love these graphic audio books! I have read the acotar series in the past, but tiktok convinced me to check the graphic audios, and I do not regret! Amazing! I love it!
I have read this series already, but thought I'd try the audio version so I could use an ear bud and get some things done around the house. I usually dislike audiobooks but the dramatized versions are MUCH better! Highly recommend
