I finished this book in 5 days because it’s that good! It’s only around 94 pages, with summaries for another 20 or so pages, for reference. I am a chronic over thinker, which does lead to anxiety, stress, depression, and I didn’t know where to begin to start. This book actually showed me. And I cannot say I have ever experienced that before. Focusing on the past and future creates over-thinking, but focusing on the present puts one’s mind at ease.
