This book is very cute and well put together. It isn’t just about writing what you are grateful for each day. The author put effort into the book and made it informational, along with space for you to reflect. The only thing I would have liked is if it was a bit bigger. It is hard to turn the pages because of how small and bulky it is.
I used this book and it helped me dive into my past, heal, and grow. Highly recommend!

I love that this little workbook is not only thought-provoking and fun, but also a very reasonable price. I bought a different journal at the same time that had the same limiting prompts every day.
