Loved Maddox and Bristol. Thought we would get one more scene with Bristol putting Nix in his place, but alas no luck. I like seeing Dakota’s wedding. This has a lot of spice. I liked the mix of old and new characters. Can’t wait for the next book!

The two have to fight for what they want in career and in a relationship but man is the fight worth it. These to had me wondering for a moment but damn was this worth the read to see what happened

Not only do you get the spice and heart, but you also get accurate hockey info added into it! As a real life enthusiast of the older man, I absolutely loved Bristol & Maddox’s story unfold. From Maddox figuring out what he needed to how he ran to her. Ahhh 🥹I wish I could reread this for the first time again it was so good!!

I really enjoyed this book. Madoxx and Bristol worked so well together. Both broken from their pasts, his loss of hockey and her horrible ex. In the end they both over come everything, with a extra special wedding surprise. I only had one problem and that was it was a little on the long side, with nothing really going on in certain area's of the book. Don't get me wrong the spice was 5/5. Some parts weren't really necessary.

I’ll admit I wasn’t ready to let the Comets go when this series was announced. Then I found out my girl Bristol was gonna get her chance at love and all loyalties to the Comets were shot to hell. I loved Bristol from the moment we met her in Second Rate Superstar but Nix was the worst! Good for her finally realizing her worth and getting the heck out of there. I was not prepared for how hard I would fall for Maddox though. That man stole my breath. I swear with each new book I think there’s no way she can top the last guy. I mean Cal was so deliciously filthy, Benji so devoted and strong, Baby Braxton was sweet and deceptively sexy. But then here comes Maddox freaking Sterling to send them all down the ranks. He absolutely showers Bristol with love and affection. He helps her build up her strength and confidence. He allows her room to heal while also giving her the boost she needs to remember how incredible she is. And god the way that man devours her body! This is by far the hottest book I’ve read from Mrs Trap yet. Maddox definitely showed Bristol the difference between sleeping with boys and being worshipped by a man. As always, I love how we still get snippets of previous characters throughout this book. Of course I knew we’d be seeing plenty of Dakota as Bristol’s bestie, but getting to glimpse the others too is always a joy. Especially given the (brief) history with Maddox and Hannah. I can’t wait to see more of the Speed and what Coach Sterling has in store for his boys. The epilogue has me totally intrigued and I don’t know how I’m going to be able to wait for Jenner’s story (I have a feeling I’m going to need tissues for that one). And maybe eventually so Indianapolis babies soon? Oh my god now I’m picturing Daddy Maddox and breaking my own heart!
