All Your Pucking Secrets by A. Rivers is a thoughtful, sensitive story; though darker and angstier than prior books of hers I've read. Friends to lovers to enemies to lovers again; this was a rollercoaster of a relationship. This story is dual POV with flashbacks, well written, and an angsty, contemporary college romance, with accurate trigger warnings; please check before reading. Echo and Tyler lives have been shaped by their traumatic pasts. Back in high school they were together, but for some reason it had to be a secret. When Tyler’s dad finds out, the only way Tyler can keep Echo safe is by letting her go. Except the way he does it is the worst way possible; leaving Echo to face the consequences of that decision. Tyler has always been there in the background looking out for her trying to make sure she is safe; determined to protect her and get her back. There were many secrets, deceptions and half-truths, as well as snippets of life changing abuse, which was difficult to read, but was written sensitively. If complex, steamy stories where the main characters must fight for their love are your jam, then this story is for you. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

All Your Pucking Secrets by A Rivers is a college hockey romance novel. This was one of those forbidden high school romance stories to start and also friends to lovers to enemies to lovers. It was definitely very intense, full of twists and had darker elements (check cw/tw). I enjoyed every twisty turn though and it kept me wondering through out the book. Echo is a sweet but strong girl who ends up secretly dating Tyler a hockey player. Now I do not want to give anything away but they go through a brutal split up but then years later meet again in college where they reconnect. Of course the chemistry is there but how do you deal with what happened. Such a great story. I loved the plot and characters. I totally in a way got why Tyler did what he at such a young age. Youth plays a role. I can not wait to read more!

I also do kinda wish that Echo made Tyler work a lot more for her forgiveness and to be honest he should have groveled more. A. Rivers did an outstanding job with writing Echo and Tyler’s story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book to the point where I found it difficult to put the book down before finishing it. I would most definitely recommend this book to anyone to checkout and give it a read. I can’t wait to see what kind of story A. Rivers comes up with next.
