It was perfect for me. I was told I needed to meditate. How to do that? How to shut up rehashing in your brain. So I decided I would try guided meditation. Googled and used you tube and I decided on Nancy Hopps. Easy to use. And aids in sleep. Bought several for family and friends.
Listened to tapes and I think they are working. at any rate they leave me very relaxed, which is a plus.

It's very relaxing meditation I like it very much I use it everyday
That is just something I can’t do while following along in a book. Completely different vibe when I don’t have the responsibility of being studious at the same time.
