This tape Works. My husband has Parkinson's and sometimes has trouble settling down for a good night's sleep. This helped him get through a 10 night span of no sleep.

She has used this message for years to help her sleep, the new one is to replace the one lost in a recent move.
I have a relaxation CD from Lucinda Bassetts program attacking anxiety and depression. I was hoping to get a CD more like that. Her voice was very soothing. It was informative as well as helping you relax and walking you through the steps. In this CD she assumes you know about belly breathing and relaxation techniques so she’s not explaining anything, it wasn’t very relaxing to me. I’m returning it. Plus the cd I received skipped quite a bit.
It was my own fault. I don’t sleep in my hearing aids and didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to hear it well.

This CD is a wonderful way to relax and fall asleep. Her voice is very soothing. I didn't realize my body was tense. I highly recommend this CD.
