My 3 daughters love graphic novels. This one is great and the illustrations are beautiful. All 3 enjoyed reading it. Our only complaint is how tiny the writing is in the book.
Bought both part 1 and 2 for my 6 year old 1st grade granddaughter whose learning to read. Makes it more fun and the pictures help her figure out some of the words she's not familiar with yet. She enjoys the story and reads at least a chapter a day.
my daughter loves this book, she liked it so much and actually took her time to read the whole thing. i had to come back for the 2nd because i was impressed at how much she liked it, read it, and took care of it. (solid quality paperback)
