This book is the culmination of love, passion, sweat, and DDTs. The graphics are top notch and take me back to my teenage years. The author has taken large steps since his last work on Organizational Performance. I would strongly recommend this book for anyone that grew up with the N64 or loved wrestling video games. If you pick it up on Kindle, use two page view. Use the sample to see what makes it so good.
